NTC 24 Day Challenge: start working out today!!!

i've been slacking in gym. in the last month, i went from 5 workouts a week to 2 workouts a week. but, i need to do a little bit more if i want to tone up my legs and my arms. 

for next 24 days, i'm going to do ONE a day workout using the Nike Training Club App (NTC). i just got it and am a huge fan! you can read about it, HERE.

seriously, go download it (it's FREE) and start the NTC 24 Day Challenge with me! i would have done 30, but 6 days of June just got away from me.

with NTC, you can customize your workouts, so you can squeeze one in at the office or at home. whether the workout you choose is easy or hard, long or short, all that matters is that you do it everyday! come June 1st, we're going to be a little more delicious!
