i didn't eat this! that should count for something, right? and, it's just sitting on the counter...just taunting me.
however, i did eat this:
breakfast - 1 fried egg with butter, 1 slice of bacon, and 1/2 tbsp of heavy cream
lunch - smoked chicken (leg quarter) with skin

I've not seen or heard of these dietary ratios. I imagine that these might vary with individuals, as we are all basically the same with unique facets.
