eat clean, get lean: ketogenic diet - day 1

yesterday was a VERY busy day. so, i didn't do some things i should have done. i didn't eat 5 meals...i only ate 3, i didn't workout, and i didn't drink enough water.

but, there is something else i didn't do.

i didn't eat this! that should count for something, right? and, it's just sitting on the counter...just taunting me.





however, i did eat this:

breakfast - 1 fried egg with butter, 1 slice of bacon, and 1/2 tbsp of heavy cream
lunch - smoked chicken (leg quarter) with skin
dinner - smoked beef sausage and 1 low carb whole wheat tortilla

  1. I've not seen or heard of these dietary ratios. I imagine that these might vary with individuals, as we are all basically the same with unique facets.
