the bassinet wasnt't working out for us. as soon as i put him down he'd get startled and wake up. it'd take a bit of time to calm him down. before i knew it, it was time to feed him and do it all over again.
LT and i decided to switch out the bassinet with the cradle swing. and like magic, he slept...swaddled up in a blanket swinging on the highest setting, of course!
i'm telling you it's a necessity. put it on your registry or just buy one.
