8:00a: wake up and play a bit

12:00p: eat lunch (4 ounces of protein [2 eggs, beef, turkey, or chicken], 4 ounces of veggies, and 4 ounces of fruit)
1:00p: have a sippy cup (5 oz) of whole milk (sometimes he only has 1 sip) and read a book

7:30p: cuddle and rock (he usually doesn’t fall asleep in my arms. he gets restless and i know its time to put him down with this blanky and pacifier. other times i rock him to sleep.
